TOGA needs your help to fill critical roles. We have some volunteer positions that will only take a few hours a month, but will greatly help TOGA and offer you a fulfilling opportunity to contribute and stay in touch with other members.

Here are a few of the key opportunities that are open:
Finance Officer
Role: Assistant treasurer and treasurer-in-waiting
Summary: Report to the TOGA Treasurer. Can be done remotely. Learn our financial systems and be ready to assume the job of Treasurer. Dedicate a couple of hours a week to the role. Optional attendance at monthly 90 minute Board of Directors meetings via Zoom. Be willing to run for a seat on the Board of Directors next year and accept election to the job of Treasurer.
This one isn’t easy, but is absolutely critical to TOGA.
Content Manager
Role: Manage TOGA themes and messaging on website, social media, and newsletters
Summary: Report to the TOGA COO. Can be done remotely. Update our website, social media, and publish our periodic newletters. Dedicate one hour to 90 minutes a week to the role.
This role requires some understanding of our info systems, but we can teach you what you don’t know.
Membership Deputy Chair
Role: Communicate with and support current members, and manage member database
Summary: Report to the Membership Chair. Can be done remotely. Assist the chair in communications with and support of our members. Master the capabilities of Ultimate Membership Pro (UMP), the membership application TOGA uses. Dedicate one hour to 90 minutes a week to the role.
This role requires understanding of UMP, but we can help you learn the application.
Regimental Liaison Deputy-East
Role: Communicate and support current members
Summary: Report to the Regimental Liaison. Must be able to travel to Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall approximately every four to eight weeks. Assist the Regimental Liaison to maintain communications with and provide support to the active duty units at JBM-HH. Assist in coordination and execution of periodic events with active duty units. (e.g., Halloween Family Event) In addition to any travel, dedicate a few hours a month to the role.
This role gets you involved and connected with our active duty brothers and sisters at JBM-HH.
Regimental Liaison Deputy-West
Role: Communicate and support current members, and manage member database
Summary: Report to the Regimental Liaison. Must be able to travel to Joint Base Lewis McCord approximately every four to eight weeks. Assist the Regimental Liaison to maintain communications with and provide support to the active duty units at JBLM. Assist in coordination and execution of periodic events with active duty units. (e.g., Halloween Family Event) In addition to any travel, dedicate a few hours a month to the role.
This role gets you involved and connected with our active duty brothers and sisters in 2-3 Inf at JBLM.
